The Group is promoted by four enterprising partners who are involved in the business of box manufacturing for more than 14 years.

We have around 9 companies under our belt, which only reinforces the fact that ours is a well-consolidated and diversified group. . The brief profile of each partner is given below.

  • Shri Navin D. Malde, aged around 45 years is a dynamic entrepreneur and currently the Chairman of the Malde Group of Companies. In addition to that, he is also the director of Vaibhav Paper Boards Pvt. Ltd. He currently has an experience of over 21 years in the Textile Garment Manufacturing Industries and administering corrugated box-manufacturing units. Over the years, he has gained experience in various aspects of Business Management. He has an excellent professional track record. Starting his career initially as a production manager, he reached the top position of Executive Director. Trained in Japan to gain Technical know-how of the ready-made garment industries is another feather in his cap. With his long-term stint in various capacities in his industry, he has groomed himself to be an able administrator and takes care of the overall management of the Malde Group’s activities. In addition to that, he takes care of the liason with Banks and Financial Institutions.


  • Shri Kapoor D. Shah, aged around 43 years is a businessman with vast background and experience in the Corrugated Box Manufacturing Industry. He was working with M/S. Mahavir Packaging Industries and Raj Industries and was in charge of production and marketing. His active participation in the group activities proves the fact that he is an able administrator and a technocrat. In addition to that, he is also currently acting as an executive director of Shah Packwell Pvt. Ltd., a company floated by him with his brother Shri Nemchand Depar Malde at Bhilad. One of his unique achievement to the company was reaching a sales target of more than Rs. 2 crores in a record time. With his overall expertise and experience, it is anticipated that the group’s activities would grow manifold in the coming years.


  • Shri Nemchand D. Malde, aged around 39 years is a dynamic businessman. He is currently one of the Managing Partners of the Malde Group. Acquiring experince in the manufacturing industry as a trainee, he joined with M/S Mahavir Packaging Industries and was in charge of production and deliveries. Reaching full production capacity, he also floated a Box Manufacturing Unit in Bhilad in the name of Shah Packwell Pvt. Ltd and has taken care of the production and operations of the company. With his overall expertise and experience in production and other allied areas, his contribution is immense particularly in the areas of purchase, production and execution of orders.


  • Shri Jayantilal D. Malde, aged around 37 years is an experienced businessman and a manager. He has gained wide experience in the box manufacturing industry. Apart from being a managing partner of the Malde Group of Companies, he is also the managing partner of Sagar Paper Box Industries, our group company at GIDC, Vapi and takes care of the sales and day-to-day operations of the firm. Having more than 10 years experience in the Box Manufacturing Industry, the Group is making rapid strides in the core arena of manufacturing.
