Group History:

We are a professionally managed multi-crore, diversified group, engaged in the manufacture and distribution of Corrugated boxes, sheets, rolls, printed cartons, etc.

We cater to the needs of all Industries (Large, Medium and SSI), where there is a major requirement of these products.

Our group consists of mainly four divisions.
  1. Packaging
  2. Paper Distribution
  3. Paper Mills
  4. Textiles.

In order to meet the growing demand of corrugated boxes and other related packaging material in the domestic market, we have set up 6 units. The name of the unit and their brief activity is given hereunder:

  • Malde Paper Box Industries : engaged in the manufacture of Corrugated Boxes and sheets.
  • Shah Paper Pack Industries : engaged in the manufacture of corrugated boxes.
  • Shah Packwell Industries : engaged in the manufacture of all types of corrugated boxes, sheets, rolls, printed cartons etc.
  • Shah Packwell Pvt. Ltd : engaged in the manufacture of corrugated sheets and boxes.
  • Shah Printwell Industries : engaged in the manufacture of corrugated reels, sheets, boxes etc.
  • Sagar Paper Box Industries : engaged in the manufacture of corrugated paper rolls, sheets & boxes.
  • To meet our requirement of paper to be used in packaging, we started our own paper mills unit in 1996 called Vaibhav Paper Boards Pvt. Ltd.


  • To take care of the Distribution activities of our paper mills, we started Malde Paper Distributors at Vapi in 1997.


  • In order to further diversify into textile processing activity, we started our own Textile Company namely Royal Textiles.


  • Thus we have around 9 companies under our belt, which has placed in an indisputable position in this field. One of the unique feature of our company is our in house activity, wherein the raw material is procured from our own group, thus ensuring low cost of production, without compromising on quality. Our Group flourished well under the able leadership of Shri Kapoor D. Shah, Chairman along with his partners, Shri Navin D. Malde, Shri Nemchand D. Malde and Shri Jayantilal D. Malde.


  • Total Customer Satisfaction and prompt delivery is one of our prime objectives, with utmost care taken to eliminate all hassles and hurdles in the delivery of the products to the ultimate customer. We also have ambitious growth plans to embark the company on a high echelon and to slowly consolidate our presence in the global market in the coming future.
